Fabri-K is offered in either a user-friendly DNC control (standard)
or optional 2D or 3D Cybelec control (optional)…including
the newest Modeva 3D control (3D color graphics, easy programming
of complex parts, network ready, large storage capabilities,
complete "before and after" bending
simulation ). |

| Multi-axis backgauging, dual precision linear scales (+/-.001"
ram repeatability) and automatic deflection compensation additionally
help to drive production to unheard of levels. Choose from 175
to 2000 ton standard models, 8-30' standard bed lengths. Tandem
designs (two or more brakes operating in synchronization) deliver
long part bending accuracy and productivity. |

Superior Controllability: Gain increased levels of
production, versatility and safety. Choose from standard DNC
(standard), 2D CNC (optional) or state-of-the-art Cybelec
Modeva 3D CNC (optional). Pacific's multi-axis backguage is
the strongest in industry, delivering precise positioning
of up to six axes (positioning accuracy to +/-.002" and
repeatability within +/-.001"). Control these axes…
-X-positioning of backgauge barX1 and X2-for bi directional
backgauge taperingR-provides vertical adjustments of the backgauge
bar-Z1 and Z2-left and right positioning of backgauge fingers
Rugged Construction: The most rugged in the marketplace-our
interlocked design helps to minimize frame deflection. Pre-crowned
bed design helps to eliminate the need for die shimming, delivering
the needed deflection compensation (helping to both reduce
overall set up time and improve part quality-automatic deflection
compensation feature available optionally). Precise ram guiding
is ensured via true centerline loading.
State-Of-The-Art Hydraulic System: Unlike mechanical
press brakes, full rated tonnage and generous open heights
deliver power throughout a long stroke. Precision, high-speed
performance and dependability all start with Pacific-built
stacked valve system. Single piece cast cylinders eliminate
high stresses, oil leakage. Hydraulic power units include
the features of automatic decompression, precision leveling
accuracy, tonnage control/overload protection and redundant
valving.
Three advance speed power units available as standard
on 175 through 400 ton models, four advance speed power units
are standard on 500 ton and larger models/optionally available
on smaller models.
Four advance speeds include:
- Rapid Advance: rapid closing daylight, no tonnage
available.
- Fast Press: higher speed forming, only partial
tonnage available.
- Normal Press: working speed, full tonnage available.
- Anti-Whip: slow working speed, full tonnage available;
automatically activated during the last 1/8" of the
stroke.
Note: Two of the four speeds can be used during the
down stroke
